Zen lambda sought out help from reputation management creates awareness for their restaurant. It is a contemporary Sushi restaurant located in the upper west side of Manhattan Island. The decor is phenomenal when you walk in because you feel like you’re being transported to feudal Japan. All the waitresses are wearing Kimonos, which are traditional Japanese clothing. There are also fake guards dre sed as samurais who do demonstrations every two hours of what master samurai does for training. From he clothing to the props, everything is real. The sushi chefs use mini samurai swords to fillet or cut and they explain everything they do if there are customers at the sushi bar seats. As you sit down, you are greeted with match green tea and brewed to perfection. There is no burnt aftertaste because Japanese truly care about the quality of food they produce for their clients. They also care about the simply enjoyed the customer have in terms of service and interaction with the team.
Reputation management did a fantastic job by portraying these interesting features on social media by posting pictures of the restaurant and certain special events. They also take pictures with any celebrity who comes to the restaurant and usually ask them to take part in the samurai shows. Many usually agree because they cannot refuse such a polite team. As stated, the service is impeccable and they make sure all facets of the customers experience is kept at high standards. However, the most important feature is the food itself. In North America, they are considered the most authentic sushi anyone can have. They have a very limited menu where they only have nigiri’s and sashimi’s. You can never find any maki rolls at this restaurant because maki rolls are an invention of North American sushi chefs.
They also make soy into a foam texture and the story behind it is that geishas in the past who always ask the chefs to make the soy sauce into this texture to avoid spilling and damaging their beautiful dresses. For some reason, the foam-based soy sauce tastes better than it’s liquid form. It’s probably has to do with the texture and how it melts and seeps into the seafood upon eating it that makes it much more enjoyable. This restaurant hasn’t received any Michelin stars yet but many critics are stating its definitely due for one soon. And when that time comes, it’ll definitely be a minimum of two stars.
